Finally received it, from May 2nd submission, accepted on July 31st, exactly 90 days. Overall, it's okay, but it's strange after minor revisions, the last two revised manuscripts had exactly the same content (only the cover letter changed), it delayed me for two weeks.

After major revisions, it took 7 days with the editor, and 12 days with the RRC (in fact, the reviewer's comments were returned last Wednesday, but I had to wait for another week before the editor sent it to me today). Two rounds of major revisions and one minor revision. Today, the minor revision is being submitted again.
