Two non-expert reviewers, one requested major revision and the other rejected. One of the non-expert reviewers provided 20 suggestions on formatting and wording for the major revision.
The other non-expert reviewer rejected the paper, claiming that the chapter titles were not capitalized correctly and that the dataset was too old. However, I used the same dataset as a TPAMI paper from last year, so it seems a bit irrational.
In the end, the editor requested a major revision.
It seems like it took everyone else five to six months for their first review, so I may have been lucky in terms of review speed, but unlucky in terms of finding reviewers.

Maybe there are a lot of manuscripts, so the editor's speed is slow. After urging for the manuscript, they replied in a few days. I feel like the reviewers are quite diverse, doing various things. The reviewers for my batch are all traditional and ask typical questions in their reviews, like changing the introduction and adding comparisons. There were four reviewers, three suggesting major revisions and one suggesting resubmission. The editor gave it a major revision. It's contradictory to suggest resubmission and then give a "good" score in the paper evaluation. The questions were also too easy, so I guess the reviewer is not specialized in this area.

It was the first time encountering such professional and meticulous reviewers, which required researching a lot of information and spending almost as much time as writing the paper. In conclusion, as long as we make targeted modifications and provide sufficient reasons for areas that cannot be changed, there is great hope. Even if it is rejected, we can submit to another journal without any problem.
