This is really too slow, too slow. I submitted it on April 5, 2022, and up until today, November 20, 2022, it has been in process for a whole seven months and more. My entire defense and graduation have been delayed because of this. I have sent reminders during this period, but there has been no response. I cannot submit the same paper to multiple places, so I can only keep waiting with no solution at all.
