It has been a month since submission, and I am still waiting for the assignment of a reviewer. The speed is too slow, so I am considering changing it.

The cost for each published page is $90. There is a translation fee of $50 for the title, abstract, and keywords of each article. If authors choose to print figures in color, there is an optional fee of $750 per article for color printing. However, online color is free. The standard fee for open access is $1000.
