This article has been submitted to many journals. Personally, I believe the article still has some novelty. I submitted it to ACS Energy Letters and it was rejected. I then suggested submitting it to their subsidiary journal, but it was still rejected. Later, I submitted it to Carbon, but it was rejected again.
