I made significant revisions for the second time and also wrote a response letter (initially, I didn't upload it, but the editor returned it and requested that I include the response letter. In other words, for this second rejection, a response letter was required). After my third submission, I received minor revisions after 45 days. I completed the revisions within a week, and the journal accepted it in less than a week. The speed of this journal is truly impressive.
