The submission was reviewed for half a month and underwent significant revisions. Three reviewers raised over 20 questions. Upon the return, the system displayed that all three reviewers recommended publication within 3 days, and requested the author to submit a statement.

May I ask if the status changing to "completed submission" three days after the submission means that I need to resubmit? Or what does it mean? Should I wait for other authors to confirm? Previously, I received a confirmation email for successful submission.
