As someone who has had years of experience as a reviewer for Polymer Bulletin and has also published an article in Polymer Bulletin, I can tell you that your paper will definitely receive suggestions for rejection as well as suggestions for minor revisions from the reviewers. In this case, the editor will find new reviewers, and typically the reviewers are given a three-week period to review the paper. The above opinion is for reference only.

It feels quite fast. The preliminary review will give the result within a month, with only one reviewer and 8 comments for major revisions. Actually, there are only two or three main points to address, which are relatively easy to respond to. Following the reviewer's suggestions, a mechanical performance test was added and the revised version was completed within a month. Currently, it is in the hands of the editor. The outcome is unknown.
