Initial review by three reviewers, two of whom agreed to publish after minor revisions, while the other reviewer seemed to have rejected the paper without even reading it, using only jargon that made no sense. Therefore, we promptly appealed, and the editor quickly found new reviewers. The new reviewers also recommended publishing after minor revisions, which were submitted two weeks later. The paper was accepted over 20 days later. Personally, I feel that NJP's handling speed is very fast, and the editor and staff of the editorial department are very professional and responsible. I have published multiple times in NJP, and I am sharing this experience for everyone's reference. I also recommend submitting suitable manuscripts to NJP, as NJP is worthy of your trust.

The editor is very professional. One of the three reviewers has been entangled in a seemingly important but irrelevant issue. The other two have agreed to publish the article after two rounds of review. We directly sent an email to the editor-in-chief to appeal, and the next day it was accepted. This journal favors work with solid theoretical foundations. It has a good reputation in Europe. At the same time, when familiar professors in the department were chatting, they mentioned that the rejection process for high-quality papers is more complicated and requires at least two editors to deliberate. If a paper is rejected after their deliberation, it indicates that the editorial department is hesitant...
