Submitted on 6.18, received review comments on 7.09, pending approval. On 7.19, received first round of review results with questions from two reviewers. Spent a month making revisions and resubmitted on 8.19. Got a response a week later, one reviewer accepted the paper while the other requested a discussion on a specific parameter. Since I couldn't include that parameter in my research, I replied directly and clarified my direction by modifying some references. After resubmitting on 9.04, it was accepted two days later. The editor and reviewers were very efficient and diligent. Only my own efficiency in making revisions was not very high, haha. Otherwise, it probably would have been accepted in just over a month.

The articles in this journal seem to be quickly available online, so I submitted my paper. However, I received replies from all of you today and it seems that the review process is not as fast as I thought. What should I do? Can I withdraw my submission? I am in a hurry to graduate. Furthermore, I submitted to a special issue, but later found out that the special issue had been closed. I clearly saw that the deadline hadn't passed yet. In this case, may I ask if my manuscript will still be reviewed? Should I withdraw it?
