2021.7.27 Received comments from the reviewers. The editor provided major revisions, but there was only one reviewer's comment and it was positive. They asked for citation of references and only posed questions without requesting additional experiments. The questions were relatively simple, and I was able to write a response within an hour.
2021.8.5 Uploaded the response to the comments.
2021.8.9 Accepted.
This is my first small article during my PhD period. Although the topic is not very exciting, I am already satisfied. It greatly encouraged my motivation to conduct experiments.
Wishing the journal continued success.
Major revision on November 16th, with two reviewers and around 25 questions. Need to supplement a few experiments, but no animal experiments involved.
Revised on December 20th, with a lot of characterizations. There are a total of 11 figures in the Supplementary Information (SI).
Accepted directly on January 11th without any modifications.
It is probably the highest journal that can be submitted without animal experiments. I have submitted to this journal twice before, and it took about 2 and a half months from submission to acceptance.
