目标和范围

Animal Science Journal (a continuation of Animal Science and Technology) is the official journal of the Japanese Society of Animal Science (JSAS) and publishes Original Research Articles (full papers and rapid communications) in English in all fields of animal and poultry science: genetics and breeding, genetic engineering, reproduction, embryo manipulation, nutrition, feeds and feeding, physiology, anatomy, environment and behavior, animal products (milk, meat, eggs and their by-products) and their processing, and livestock economics. Animal Science Journal will invite Review Articles in consultations with Editors. Submission to the Journal is open to those who are interested in animal science.

Just a reminder, the review process for ASJ is quite long. The first review takes 3 months for major revisions, the second review takes 1 and a half months for minor revisions, and the third review takes 2 and a half months for acceptance. If you're in a hurry to graduate, you should consider other options.

I submitted to this journal, but after one revision, they rejected my submission. I don't understand why the journal didn't reject it directly if they felt it was inappropriate. Rejecting it after one revision is a bit time-consuming. Currently, I have already submitted to other journals.
