The flagship journal of the Nordic Ecological Society has undergone two major revisions and has strict review requirements. Every sentence that may contain uncertainty will be carefully considered. The process from submission to acceptance takes 10 months. Although it is a long time, the revision process improves the quality of the articles!

Submitted at the end of January, major revisions in mid-March, returned for further revisions in mid-May, minor revisions in mid-June, and accepted for publication in mid-July. The first round of peer review takes approximately 6 weeks.
