I must complain about it. The submitted article clearly falls within the scope of the journal, but after two months of submission, they told me it's out of the scope. It's a complete waste of time, and I didn't receive any suggestions. It truly leaves one speechless.

The editing of the articles is done by a big shot who has published several articles in the four major publications. Although the partition is not high, the quality is still guaranteed.
