Chinese Annals of Mathematics (CAM) is a comprehensive mathematical journal published bimonthly in English carrying original papers on pure and applied mathematics. It aims at presenting the latest achievements in mathematical research. The journal is published jointly by the Editorial Office of CAM (Fudan University) and Springer. Contributions from mathematicians all over the world are welcome.

Usually, only acquaintances will submit to this kind of magazine, and news will come quickly. If strangers submit, although they will review it, the process is extremely slow. The review process starts at one year, and for several months, it is all "new to manuscript." If you don't know the magazine's editorial board, the review speed can drive you crazy.

Currently, domestic publication of journal papers is encouraged, so I decided to give it a try and submit my paper. After a 9-month process, it was finally accepted, which is considered an acceptable speed for the field of basic mathematics.
