This journal is an OA journal, but personally, I don't think it meets the standards of a high-quality OA journal. The acceptance cycle is generally over 12 months, with external review results taking around 8 to 9 months. After receiving the review comments, it takes almost half a month to make revisions. After submitting the revised manuscript, it takes another 4 months to receive the acceptance notification.

The replies from everyone are really a bit slow. After submitting this article, it took one and a half months to receive the comments from the external reviewer. The editor asked for minor revisions and gave a 15-day deadline. It was only fixed and sent back in the past two days. Hopefully, it can be accepted soon.
