Articles that I think are pretty good should be submitted to ERL, and then transferred to ERC, thinking it would be of high quality. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the outcome when it was published. I hope it will get better and better because the idea is not bad and it hasn't gone through many twists and turns. Whether it's three or four reviewers, the overall processing speed is still acceptable. First review, second review, acceptance, and then the impact factor (IF) is released. It's unremarkable. Results will be provided within one week, informing whether it was rejected or requires external review. The first round of revisions will be given within one month. After the first round of revisions, a response should be expected within one week for the second round of revisions. Once minor revisions are submitted, a response will be given on the same day, confirming acceptance. The efficiency of the review process is extremely high!
