Later, I submitted to Robotica and they took 10 months to respond, not replying to emails!!! Also, it was purely simulation, which was a bit frustrating. There were three reviewers, two junior colleagues, and one senior colleague. The junior colleagues understood the tasks, workload, and difficulty level well, and they knew many details without being mentioned. The senior colleague asked a lot of detailed questions. In short, I took every opportunity seriously and made revisions. Now it is difficult to graduate, it has been four and a half years, and several mechanical PhD students around me have zero SCI papers. Currently, many supervisors are busy with applied research, their academic abilities are basically zero.
