However, there's no other way, it's a journal from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a first-tier journal, which can be used for evaluation purposes. To be honest, a foreign journal provides a platform for publication, and both the reviewers and authors are Chinese. They are even making money from Chinese people. We are eager to submit our work to them, but something just doesn't feel right about it.
