Many people say that submitting to RS is easy. I have submitted several times before and all were rejected. However, this time the submission went smoothly and it took over a month.
There were four experts, and one of them gave excellent feedback with 39 suggestions.
However, many teachers do not allow or recommend submitting anymore, hoping that the journal will continue to improve and enhance its reputation.

The city research I am doing is related to remote sensing. I previously submitted it to a journal in the first district, but it was rejected (which is also a remote sensing journal). I downgraded and submitted it to RS. I initially submitted the abstract to a special issue, and the guest editor was very satisfied. However, after submitting the full paper to the special issue, the academic editor believed that the research content did not match the journal and rejected it three times. It's frustrating...
