After minor revisions, the article was accepted. The whole process from submission to acceptance took nearly 4 months. Inviting reviewers and waiting for their acceptance took a considerable amount of time. Below is a rough timeline. This is my second submission to SR. Although the journal is not highly regarded domestically, the experience of my first submission being rejected made me feel that the journal is not completely worthless. The first article I submitted was about the direction of nuclear magnetic resonance core analysis. Although it was rejected, the review comments were very professional, and the article indeed improved after the suggested modifications.

After all, comprehensive journals with a large number of publications will inevitably have some articles of lower quality. The journal is still good, and everyone decides the quality of their own work.

For the next 2 months, we invited editors and sent reminders once, but they replied that they couldn't find an editor and considered inviting a higher-level editor for review. After one month of reminders, an editor accepted the review on April 25, and external review was conducted on April 28, inviting 10 experts. On May 1, one expert accepted the review, and on May 4, the system showed that one expert's opinion was received. On June 4, it still showed that one expert's opinion was received, so we sent a reminder again, and they replied that they were waiting for the opinion of the second reviewer. On June 24, we sent a reminder again, and on July 5, the reviewer's opinion was returned. The revised version was uploaded on July 23, with minor modifications on July 28, and it was accepted on August 2. The entire process from submission to acceptance took more than 6 months.
