The journal is good, but it is too slow. The reviewer took more than 4 months, and I thought it was because they did not understand my formula, so I carefully pondered it. The feedback I received only mentioned grammar, writing structure, and experimental grammar issues, without any comments related to the innovation aspect. To be honest, a responsible reviewer could have completed these suggestions in 2 months.
Moreover, the feedback requires major revisions, and I don't even know if I should resubmit it. After making the modifications, the reviewer will probably have to carefully examine the innovation aspect, which is equivalent to a resubmission. It might be faster to submit to another journal directly.
