One of the reviewers raised irrelevant questions. I was working on enzyme immobilization to catalyze a compound, which belongs to biocatalysis. However, he claimed that I didn't explain the antimicrobial mechanism in detail and even asked about the solubility of nano flowers in microbial culture. I'm truly speechless. How does that even relate? Another reviewer said that the unit of my enzyme catalytic reaction kinetics constant was incorrect. I specifically checked against the units published in other journals, and my units were correct! I'm really speechless. I don't know where they found these so-called experts who wasted almost 3 months of my time. I suggest everyone be cautious when submitting manuscripts!
