You are really lucky. My supervisor previously submitted an article, but even after the third minor revision, it still did not receive full approval from the reviewer and was directly rejected. It seems like MSSP considers it unacceptable if three revisions are not enough.

Don't submit to MSSP anymore. It has been 11 months and it is still under review. Every time it is returned, it stays with the editor for a long time (my first and second review both took over a month). The first review had two reviewers who were positive, but the second review has one reviewer who hasn't reviewed it yet. The editor added two more reviewers and asked for another 3 weeks of waiting. After three weeks, it will be 12 months, and the chances of it being a tragedy are high! If it doesn't come back after three weeks, I'm prepared to withdraw the submission. The paper will have been wasted in this journal for a whole year! So, it's better not to submit to MSSP. I know several fellow students who have waited for a year! Whether it gets accepted or not doesn't matter anymore, I just feel sorry for the year I've wasted!
