International Hydrogen Energy is an established journal, without a doubt. However, the review process is too slow, taking approximately 7 months from submission to acceptance. It has been nearly two months since acceptance, and the journal issue has not been published yet. Nevertheless, the online version is quite prompt, as it constantly shows "in print".
