Electrical college, I have been working as a Master of Engineering for 8 months. On March 20, 2022, I received the acceptance notification from this journal in the field of comprehensive energy systems. The submission process is as follows, for reference only:

1. Received the acceptance notification on March 20, 2022.
2. On December 19, 2021, three reviewers provided major revision comments, and I replied to the reviewers within one month.
3. Submitted on September 15, 2020 (Yes, you read it right!). Due to the requirements of completing my master's degree, I requested withdrawal of the submission three times, but the editors did not respond (probably due to the impact of the pandemic).
4. The reviewers were quite professional, and they provided different opinions on certain parts of the paper. The review process was meticulous, and I personally believe that it is relatively easy to be accepted.
5. The process took too long, and I intended to rely on this publication for my application, but since I didn't have any research achievements after graduating with a master's degree, there was no information to include in the application.

The above is my personal experience, provided for everyone's reference.

If the editor is very familiar with the research field, they will invite fewer reviewers. However, if they are not familiar, they will invite several reviewers to provide feedback, and then consider their opinions collectively. Therefore, the length of the submission process depends on the number of reviewers and the editor. As an author who has published several articles in this journal, I feel that if the editor and reviewers have a positive evaluation of the manuscript, there is a chance of acceptance. However, the quality of the manuscript still requires innovative content and a high standard of writing. I wish the journal continued success!
