The second review of the manuscript was completed on April 13th. On April 14th, the decision was in process, but there has been no response until now. After reading the comments, I feel relieved as there were others who also didn't receive a response earlier. I speculate that it is in a queue waiting for acceptance. You can check the official website to see when the recently published articles were written. Additionally, the acceptance process is concentrated on two or three days a week, not every day.
