The LaTeX template directly uses Elsevier's general template. It took me four rounds of review, three rounds of revisions, and a final dip that lasted for 28 days. According to a Ph.D. senior fellow's speculation, it is possible that the editor-in-chief only goes online for approval at the beginning of the month, causing the long dip time for the final round.

The first time I submitted, it took one month to receive feedback.
There were 4 reviewers, and they provided a lot of valuable comments. Based on their feedback, the paper underwent major revisions, and the overall quality of the article improved. Additionally, additional experiments were conducted as suggested by the reviewers, resulting in significant improvements in the performance of the entire model.
Afterwards, there were 3 rounds of major revisions, followed by a round of minor revisions.
Finally, the paper was accepted.
The entire process took one year and a half.
