Posted in early March, the status was "awaiting editor decision" in early May. I thought the decision was about to be made, but after one day, it changed to "under review" again. Today, when I checked, it changed back to "awaiting editor decision". What is going on? Has anyone else experienced this?

Posted in August 2021, rejected in late September. Revised for a month, submitted again in early November, minor revisions completed by the end of December, and accepted on the same day it was resubmitted. Encountered a very fast editor, which was great. Already graduated with a Ph.D.
