Even if it's a rejection, shouldn't the real problems with the article be pointed out? If after peer review, the editor rejects it, they should also include the reviewer's comments, right? It's a bit puzzling. By the way, did you not cite any articles from this journal?

The decision of rejection was written very simply, without providing any comments from the reviewers. Only the associate editor gave four vague criticisms:
1. The article did not cite enough articles from the IEEE Sensors Journal.
2. The formatting of the article did not comply with the requirements of the IEEE Sensors Journal.
3. The article lacked innovative points.
4. The article lacked sufficient comparisons regarding the content.

The previous reviewer's comments were not reflected in the decision because I had to remind the editor about the manuscript during the two-week awaiting decision period. This time, the rejection decision did not include any reviewer comments. Some colleagues suggested that it might be because I annoyed the editor by reminding them, but most likely it is simply because the quality of the article was not good enough.

However, it is truly annoying not to receive any comments from a reviewer.
