Note: I have previously submitted to EST, JGR, and JHM, and they were all rejected. JHM is a journal under the Elsevier system.
Can you please advise on how to answer?
If I answer "No," will it be considered dishonesty in research? However, if I answer "Yes," I will have to provide the reasons for the previous rejections (some suggestions made by editors were not feasible to implement). Will this have a negative impact on this submission and result in another rejection?
