First SCI in my life.

On February 21st, I submitted the manuscript.
On March 25th, I received major revisions with a deadline of 20 days. However, I had other things to do and procrastinated, so I ended up requesting a 10-day extension.
On May 12th, I received minor revisions with a deadline of 20 days. In reality, I could have completed the revisions in about three days, but again, I procrastinated and only submitted it on the deadline.
On June 12th, my paper was accepted. After proofreading, I realized that I had written the wrong affiliation. Feeling anxious, I emailed the editor, who was very understanding and sent me the revised proofreading.
It took four months in total, mostly because I procrastinated and wasted a lot of time. Otherwise, I could have submitted it within three months. Although there were a few excessively critical comments, overall, the reviewers' feedback was very professional.
