This paper was transferred from ML. Before the transfer, it had undergone two rounds of revisions. Finally, the ML editor suggested transferring it here and asked me to include my responses to the reviewers and to track the status within one month.

Transfer date: July 9, 2022
Acceptance date: July 25, 2022

During the process, it remained in the "with editor" status when I checked. After not checking for about a week, I logged in again and it was accepted. I am still very happy about it.

(P.S. The initial submission to ML for this article was on October 30, 2021 ?. During the process, there were two rounds of revisions and the submission was delayed twice due to the pandemic. Luckily, I encountered good editors!)

When transferring from CMS, pay attention to filling in the information. Fill in as much as possible to avoid wasting time on further modifications. One reviewer had seven questions, and some experiments were added. It took about 20 days to receive feedback. The English grammar in the second review was poor, so it was revised and resubmitted after proofreading. Keep in mind that when submitting the modified manuscript, both a clean version and a version with tracked changes should be included.
