@xwgzss, After receiving the article, the corresponding author will receive an email with a link. By clicking on the link, they can enter the agreement filling process. After a series of selections, they can ultimately download an agreement file (pdf), import electronic signatures into the pdf, and then re-upload the agreement with the electronic signature. Just to clarify, only the corresponding author will receive the email. You can ask them to forward the email to you. Some other users have contacted me before, stating that they did not receive the email. If you are also facing this situation, do not worry, the issue is not with you. In this case, I suggest you contact the editor, as they will help resolve the problem and you will receive the email soon. The previous user who contacted the editor had their issue resolved. I have submitted two articles this year and both have been accepted.
The first article was submitted on March 30th. After one round of major revisions, it was accepted in early June. Due to my unfamiliarity with the post-submission process, it was not made available online until July 2nd. It was officially indexed one month later.
The second article was submitted on June 26th. It went through two rounds of revisions. In the second round, one reviewer believed that I did not correctly address one of their questions. I cited over ten references to validate my conclusion and provided some counterarguments to the reviewer's comments. Ultimately, my response was acknowledged, and the article was accepted on September 9th. It went online on September 16th.

The journal's handling of manuscripts is quite fast. Generally, within three to five days, the manuscript enters the peer review process. After about twenty days, the reviewer's comments are received. The editor allows around three weeks for revisions. After acceptance, payment instructions are received within two days, followed by proofreading within approximately five days. The article is then published online within three days after online proofreading.

Finally, I hope the journal continues to improve and its impact factor increases significantly.
