Just stick to the facts. Started by submitting to a top journal, received 2 revisions and 1 rejection. Then submitted to Science Bulletin but did not get it reviewed. Submitted to another journal with an impact factor of around 7, received excellent reviews, with one in the top 5% and another in the top 10%. Was invited to be featured on the cover but decided to pass on this opportunity.

The problems with Chinese journals are even greater, everyone knows that. Yet, they still insist on establishing Chinese journals, making fairness even more non-existent.
