JWCC official website: From February 1st, 2021, authors of new submissions will not need to pay Article Processing Charges thanks to the support of universities, institutions, and individuals who have contributed towards our annual Subscribe to Open goal. Does that mean it is now free and there is no need for APC?

Submit by the end of November, one-month review process, second review takes half a month, one week for revisions before acceptance. The feedback is very constructive, but the rating is a bit low, possibly due to the OA system. However, there is currently no charge.
