Posted on January 12, 2023, until now, it has been over 5 months, and 23 reviewers have been sent. Two reviewers agreed to review, and one reviewer completed the review. The other reviewer who agreed to review probably doesn't want to review anymore. The editor sends it to a new reviewer every two weeks. I can't contact the editor either. In the submission system, there is an option to send an email with the subject "Delayed revision" or "Delayed submission." I don't know what to do.
