海报摘要

This study mapped Sexual and Reproductive Health services available to adolescents across primary healthcare facilities in Ibadan. Twenty consenting facilities were drawn from a list of primary health care facilities in Ibadan. The facility head was interviewed in each facility. Questions about the types of SRH services available, special space, schedule, and time for adolescents, payment for services, etc, were asked. All respondents were females. Average number of years in service was 19 years. About 55% of the respondents were Nurses, 40% were community health extension workers while the rest were Community Health Officers. About 90% of the facilities offered SRH services to adolescents. Of these, about 50% offered SRH services for only 15–19-year-old adolescents. Services offered to adolescents include, family planning (40%), counselling services (90%), immunization, HIV and STI testing services (90%), and referral services. This study concludes that services available to adolescents are not universal.
