说明
The Fonds de soutien à l'innovation en santé et en services sociaux (FSISSS) is intended to provide financial support for projects that test the validity and usefulness of innovations in a real health care and service environment (TRL 7-9). The FSISSS, set up as part of the Quebec Life Sciences Strategy of the ministère de l'économie et de l'Innovation (MEI) and the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS), aims to support the Bureau de l'Innovation mandate to integrate innovation. Please note that this call differs from the previous ones. Indeed, the projects submitted must be the result of a partnership between Quebec SMEs and institutions within the health and social services network. They must also be based on two themes:1. Innovative projects that would make it possible to reduce the burden on hospitals and health and social services institutions by promoting home care and patient support at home. These innovative projects could be technological and/or organizational projects and could be based on different types of approaches (e.g. teleconsultation/virtual care, other remote care methods, more efficient organization with fewer hospital visits, etc.). Please note that the projects are aimed at care for all sectors. 2. Innovative projects that would promote support at home for people with a loss of autonomy or living with disabilities. These projects could be technological or organizational and could be of different nature (e.g. connection using data sensors and other instruments, teleconsultation/virtual care, more efficient organisation of home visits and home support services). Particular attention would be paid to projects that would ensure the continuity of these trajectories in its broad interpretation, i.e. throughout the continuum of care and services. Eligibility The FSISSS aims to encourage collaborative and interdisciplinary teams that include:
