Submitted on January 11, 2021, received review notice on January 13. School vacation from January 27. Received first review comments on February 2, suggesting major revisions and provided six months for modifications. Returned to campus on March 1 to conduct experiments and gather additional data for paper revision. Completed revisions on March 28, received second review comments on April 15, with the reviewer agreeing to accept the paper. The editor stated that they would, in principle, accept it and requested formatting revisions. Revised on April 26, received formal acceptance email from the editor on the afternoon of April 29. Proof of the manuscript was sent back to the editorial office on June 1 and received an email notification on June 2 regarding the specific online publication date. Officially published online in the journal on June 7 (Overall, the review process was fast. It was delayed by a month due to the vacation period where I couldn't conduct experiments for data supplementation. The editor's handling speed of the manuscript was also very fast, and they were very nice.)

Recently, I just received an NC (name of conference), and I want to share the submission process.

August 6, 2021 - Submitted the paper
September 28, 2021 - First round, major revision (two reviewers suggested modifications and both accepted after revisions. A total of 18 questions were asked)
November 3, 2021 - Returned for revisions
December 7, 2021 - Second round, major revision (only the first reviewer had one question, felt our response was not satisfactory, and requested major revisions from the editor)
December 26, 2021 - Returned for revisions
February 7, 2022 - Provisionally accepted, preparing to address the editor's formatting requirements

Overall, the reviewers were very professional and asked very insightful questions. The remaining question from the second round of review was very important, which we had not considered before. After addressing the question and completing the experiment, we found it to be very valuable and provided significant reference for our future work.

The editing team was also very meticulous and cautious in each round.
