I don't know what's going on with this magazine now. It went through several formatting revisions before submission. I made all the changes according to the requirements, and it finally went under review. However, it took 2 months for them to give feedback, and it was rejected! It's fine to reject it, as long as the suggestions made are constructive, we will humbly accept them. But when I looked at the feedback, I was speechless. One of the reviewers raised irrelevant questions. I was working on enzyme immobilization to catalyze a compound, which belongs to biocatalysis. However, he claimed that I didn't explain the antimicrobial mechanism in detail and even asked about the solubility of nano flowers in microbial culture. I'm truly speechless. How does that even relate? Another reviewer said that the unit of my enzyme catalytic reaction kinetics constant was incorrect. I specifically checked against the units published in other journals, and my units were correct! I'm really speechless. I don't know where they found these so-called experts who wasted almost 3 months of my time. I suggest everyone be cautious when submitting manuscripts!
