Aims and Scope
The journal provides very rapid publication of short but complete research reports in the field of psychiatry. The scope of the journal encompasses: (1) Biochemical, physiological, genetic, psychological, and social determinants of human behavior; (2) assessment of human behavior and subjective state; (3) evaluation of somatic and non-somatic psychiatric treatments. In addition, reports of clinically related basic studies in the fields of neuropharmacology, neurochemistry, neuroendocrinology, electrophysiology, psychology, genetics, and brain imaging are published. Significant methodological advances such as instrumentation, clinical scales, and assays directly applicable to psychiatric research are also appropriate.
