Verified Reviews
Considering that it is still a CCF C-class journal, I submitted once, but it was extremely slow.
I submitted in early May 2019, and the status has been "under review" all along.
It wasn't until early January 2020 that I received the initial review result. They requested major revisions. There were a total of four reviewers, but their comments were not very helpful. It was mainly because they didn't understand the paper and asked me to cite their own papers. I wrote a 9-page response.
Fortunately, there weren't any issues in the second review, and the process was fast.
I received the acceptance in early February 2020.
The professors in our department advised us not to touch this journal.
