Although the impact factor is low, I don't feel that the difficulty is low. The opinions of the four reviewers left me confused. There were probably more than 60 revisions, and it took me a month to make them. I added a lot of content, from 12 pages to 19 pages. Then, after another month, it was finally accepted. The difficulty feels similar to SAOS, but slower, and with a lower impact factor. At that time, I had submitted an SAOS article, so to avoid conflict, I submitted to MTSJ. The first three months were accepted, but it took over four months for the final acceptance. It was mentally exhausting.

I am really speechless about this journal. It took over a year with three reviewers, two of whom passed and one rejected. Even though the two reviewers agreed, the journal rejected the publication due to the first reviewer's rejection. After a whole year, if the editor had agreed with the reviewers' opinions from the beginning, why did they keep asking for revisions and eventually reject it? I don't understand what this editor, who seems to lack common sense, was thinking. I advise everyone to be cautious when submitting to this journal.
