Aims and Scope
Industrial engineering is one of the earliest fields to utilize computers in research, education, and practice. Over the years, computers and electronic communication have become an integral part of industrial engineering.
The journal aims at an audience of researchers, educators and practitioners of industrial engineering and associated fields. It publishes original contributions to the development of new computerized methodologies for solving industrial engineering problems, and applications of these methodologies to problems of interest to the broad industrial engineering and associated communities. It encourages submissions that expand the frontiers of the fundamental theories and concepts underlying industrial engineering techniques.

My article was submitted to the editorial department on April 24, 2022. On May 19, it entered the "under review" status. During the process, I was reminded twice through the internal system, on August 1st and November 19th. The third reminder was sent directly to the chief editor inquiring about the progress on January 13, 2023. The chief editor replied and copied the progress inquiry email to the associate editor. On January 15, I received a request for revision, with a deadline of one month, as there was only one reviewer's opinion, namely reviewer 1. Previously, I saw through the trace link that the editor had invited 2 or more reviewers, but only one accepted the review. I resubmitted my revised version on February 4, 2023, and currently, it is still in the "with editor" status. I would like to know how long this status will last.
