This journal used to be free, right? And now there is no option for open access. Why did they suddenly inform us about a publication fee of 19,000 when we submitted online? They didn't mention it during acceptance or proofreading, and we already signed the copyright agreement for online publication. What kind of operation is this?

Do you know if there was a publishing fee when you were accepted? When I submitted, I didn't see any mention of a publishing fee, and it wasn't mentioned when I was accepted. Now, they say I have to pay a publishing fee of 19,000 yuan for going online. Is this a new policy that just came out?
