There are many detailed requirements, such as the need for authorization to use KEGG, and the need to store the drawn evolutionary tree in a database, and so on. In short, it is quite rigorous. The 16S evolutionary tree is required to be analyzed using MLSA, which is really complex. Later, three housekeeping genes were used for drawing, luckily it was successful!
